DALLAS–FORT WORTH REAL ESTATE

A broker’s judgment. A teacher’s clarity.

I’m Todd Bingham, owner and broker of Willow Real Estate. I’ve worked in Texas real estate since 2005 and taught agents to handle the details. Bring me the house, the offer, or the move you’re considering. I’ll explain the tradeoffs, tell you what concerns me, and say plainly when I think you should walk away.

You reach me directly. No handoff, no guessing who will answer.

01THE APPROACH

I’ll help you see the whole decision.

Before real estate became my full-time work, I taught business classes. I still work that way: explain the choices, make the contract understandable, and tell you what I see before you decide. You get my judgment, even when the answer is to pause or pass.

I own rental properties and a remodeling service, and I’ve flipped homes myself. That experience helps me ask better questions about condition, cost, and what comes after closing.

SELL

Sell with a plan you understand.

Which repairs are worth doing? How does your home compare with the competition? What will we change if buyers do not respond? We’ll answer those questions before and during the sale.

Ask for my value and prep review
BUY

Buy with your eyes open.

Is the price supported? What do the condition and documents tell us? Which terms protect your priorities? I’ll help you evaluate the home and know when to keep looking.

02HEAR IT FROM CLIENTS

Hear from people I’ve helped.

Direct advice and steady communication should show up in the client experience. Read the original reviews and judge for yourself.

“His communication was excellent—he answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly.”

03SELL WITH TODD

A launch plan built for your home.

Good marketing starts before the photos. We’ll decide what to prepare, how to price, and which presentation tools will help buyers see the home clearly.

01 / POSITION

Know the competition.

Review competing homes, choose the preparation worth doing, and set a price strategy we can explain.

02 / PRESENT

Show the home well.

Build a strong visual presentation with professional photography and a floor plan. Use 3D tours, drone imagery, or video when they help tell this home’s story.

03 / RESPOND

Keep the plan moving.

Launch where buyers are looking, watch the response, share what we learn, and adjust when the evidence calls for it.

A CLOSER LOOK

The story behind the work.

Before real estate became my full-time work, I taught business classes. I still bring that teacher’s instinct to a move: explain the choices, make the contract understandable, and help people decide with confidence.

North Fort Worth Real Producers profiled that path and the relationships that have kept me in this business.
